PARKING
Park with your rear wheels on the rear pad. This protects the driveway and keeps you close enough to the electric, water and sewer service. If your towed vehicle won’t fit directly behind your motorhome, park it on an angle towards to pavilion.

SEWER
MVRV Park management requires you to secure the sewer waste system so there are no overflow accidents.

WIFI
WIFI is supplied and free. The MVRV main office will give you the password.

WATER
Connect to the brass 4-way splitter at the red hydrant. Typically, no pressure reduction device is needed. Do Not turn handle down on red hydrant and don’t disconnect any other hoses connected to the splitter as they are needed for irrigation.

ELECTRICITY / SHORE POWER
Flip ON all the switches in the electrical box. And flip them all OFF when you leave.

BROWN STORAGE BOX
There is a 50 Amp extension cord, a sewer hose extension and an extra length of water hose if needed. Plus a set of seat cushions for the black chairs.

PAVILION
There is 110/20 amp electric service to the pavilion with lights (on dimmers) and electrical outlets.

There is both a ‘rough’ wooden picnic table (watch out for splinters) plus a ‘nice’ metal table and chairs. These can be moved around to suit your living preferences. Please be kind to these so they can be enjoyed by the next renters.

CLEAN UP
This is a ‘bus-your-own-table’ RV site, so that means- please leave the site clean and neat for the next visitor. There is no trash pickup. The main office will show you where the dumpsters and dog parks are. As always, clean up after your pet. Thank you.
